TOAST CAPITAL RENEWAL

Toast Capital renewal denied or not showing?

Toast calls a renewal a refinance. Once you have repaid more than 50% of a Toast Capital Loan, you may be offered one, but it is not guaranteed. Toast re-evaluates eligibility on current volume, projected sales and balances. If no refinance appears, you can keep repaying, wait for an offer, or compare outside funding sized on your full deposits.

Halfway repaid and no refinance offer

Toast says a loan becomes refinance-eligible after more than 50% is repaid, subject to eligibility. If several loans are past 50%, Toast will only refinance the one with the highest daily holdback. Being past 50% does not mean an offer will appear. Recent sales trends and other factors still matter.

Fully repaid and nothing new

Toast says a prior loan does not guarantee a new offer. Offers appear and disappear as volume, projected sales and other factors change. Common triggers are a seasonal dip, lower card volume after adding a delivery or cash-heavy channel, or an ownership record that needs updating.

Renewal vs. a brand-new loan

A Toast refinance pays off your current Toast balance first and sends the remainder to you. A new loan from anyone else does not automatically pay off Toast. Your Toast holdback continues unless the new money is used to pay it off. Compare offers on net new cash, not the headline amount.

Questions owners ask

When can I renew a Toast Capital Loan?

Toast says you may become eligible to refinance after repaying more than 50% of your existing Toast Capital Loan, subject to eligibility.

Why was I renewed before but not now?

Toast re-evaluates eligibility regularly using current processing volume, projected sales, outstanding balances and other factors. A previous renewal does not guarantee the next one.

Can someone else refinance my Toast Capital Loan?

An outside funder can provide money to pay off your Toast balance, but that is a payoff, not a Toast refinance. Ask for the payoff figure from Toast and compare net cash and the new payment.
